Report a rights issue.
Do you own a work, a recording or a voice that a track on Vynl copies or imitates? Tell us, we look at every claim.
Draft for legal review. This page and its wording are provisional and will be replaced once a lawyer has reviewed them. The form works: a claim sent now is received and handled. Fields in [brackets] are still to be filled in.
Who can use this form
You can write to us if you are the rights holder of a recording or a composition (melody or lyrics), the representative of a rights holder, or a performer whose voice or likeness is imitated. Vynl is a platform for music generated by artificial intelligence: a track can still reproduce an existing recording, a melody, or imitate a real person's voice, and we want to hear about it.
What happens next
- You receive a case number right after sending the form. Keep it.
- We review the claim. If it is founded, the track is taken down and the exact audio files are blocked from being uploaded again.
- We do not tell you who uploaded the track, and we do not tell the uploader who wrote to us. [Exact wording to be set with counsel]
- We aim to look at each claim within [response time, to be set with counsel].
- This form is not legal advice, and sending it does not remove anything by itself.
